Fish – Salmon is the best but as long as you make some type of fish a source of protein you will increase your strength and endurance faster.
Free Range Whole Eggs – Raw or keep the yolk a bit runny or soft. The cholesterol in the eggs is needed to produce testosterone. FREAK-Strength has 4 eggs a day. It won’t increase your cholesterol. That is basically a myth. FREAK-Strength has very low cholesterol.
Free Range Grass Fed Buffalo/Bison
Vegetables, Fruits, Lentils, Yams, Quinoa, and white rice in small amounts. FREAK-Strength goes with the white over brown rice as the doctor recommends contrary to information that is out there.
Eliminate all or most sugar. FREAK-Strength drinks a Coca-Cola everyday and he still gets results. Eliminate processed foods and man-made carbohydrates. Chips, pasta, bread are all examples of things you should eliminate from your diet.
